It's actually helpful if used for at least 6 months.. It gives better result quickly if used along with Himalaya anti acne cream.

I have no idea what it's doing internally but I think it's worth it. It will be a month now and have already ordered another set. I need it to purify my blood and since it's in tablet form and not liquid I don't feel the taste of it.

I would recommend it to people having skin problems coz for me suffering a lot of issues it came as a blessing in disguise.

It controls acne outbreak. So if you have active acne, it works great. I used it 1 tablet per day and found it to a good little strong for my system.

So I suggest start with 1 tablet on alternative days. Its a definite try for people with active acne. It doesn't help with scars or spots though.

I have been taking 2 tablets daily for 6 months but haven't seen any noticeable improvement in the acne pattern. This is a good medicinal product but surely can't be considered effective in treating acne.

If live neem tree leaves not available nearby, use this neem tablets twice a day. We are using for our mother (age 65) since last 6 months its really found to be useful.
