Value for money

I'm currently in an Ayurveda Training program and Guducti was recommended to boost immunity. Trainers said to take this at night before bed. So, I've been doing this now for 2-3 weeks. I'm not sure it's related but I'm sleeping very soundly now. At least I feel I'm on a path to good health. Hope this helps!
